Demi lovato going amazing...!!!

Actress-singer and X Factor judge Demi Lovato started her show business career on Barney & Friends at age 7, where she met gal pal Selena Gomez. The famous young friends would both go on to star on shows on the Disney Channel and have successful acting and singing careers. The two even starred together in Princess Protection Program.

After Barney & Friends, Lovato appeared on a number of different television shows before landing the lead in the 2008 Jonas Brothers film Camp Rock. That same year, Demi released her first album, Don't Forget, which featured the Jonas Brothers. (She andJoe Jonas dated briefly in 2010.)

By 2009, Demi had landed her own Disney show, Sonny With a Chance and released her second album Here We Go Again.

On the surface, the "Skyscraper" singer seemed to be living the dream, but her sunny start hid dark demons. After punching a backup dancer while on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert Tour in 2010, Demi entered treatment for "physical and emotional issues."

The MTV Video Music Awards winner later revealed that she had been battling an eating disorder, drug abuse and self-harming since a very young age in response to depression and a history of being bullied in school.

Now an outspoken anti-bullying advocate, Demetria Devonne Lovato has found a way to use her fame to promote positive messages. Tattoos on her wrists remind her to "Stay Strong," which seems to be exactly what she's doing.

As a judge on X Factor, Demi kicked rappers off of the show in 2012 for making references to getting high on bath salts in their songs. Bath salts reportedly have the same effects as crystal meth and cocaine. Lovato also criticized the Disney Channel for airing jokes about eating disorders on Shake It Up and So Random!, prompting Disney to apologize and pull the related episodes.

It's always been clear that Demi had a powerful voice. Now she's using that voice to really be heard.

Demi Lovato recently announced that she is going on tour! Demi will be joined on her Neon Lights tour by Fifth Harmony, Little Mix and Cher Lloyd. Check out the tour dates below!
